Boarding services are available for our existing patients that are up to date on vaccinations and have a regular exam- and vaccination history from our hospital. We currently do not allow beds, blankets, towels, toys, bowls or other items to be brought into the hospital. The only exceptions are food (if your dog/cat is on a special diet) and medications. We provide everything necessary to the boarders.
This new restriction has been put in place to enable us to keep all surfaces in our hospital clean and disinfected and to avoid cross-contamination between the items that are brought in from the boarders.
If you have a reservation you may drop off your pet Monday through Friday between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm or Saturday between 7:30 am and 11:30 am. Call us when you arrived in the parking lot: we will confirm your pet’s feeding regiment and other needs, as well as an emergency phone number and email address at that time. Please remain in your vehicle with your pet. A staff member wearing PPE will come to the parking lot to bring your pet into the building.
You may pick up your pet on the last day of the reservation Monday through Friday between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm or Saturday between 7:30 am and 11:30 am. Call us when you arrived in the parking lot. At this time you can pay with your debit- or credit card over the phone unless you pre-paid when dropping off . A staff member wearing PPE will come to the parking lot to bring your pet to your car.
In some cases we allow courtesy pickup on Sundays between 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm. You will need to request this when making the reservation and pay for the boarding service in advance at the time of drop off. We will let you know the pick up procedure at that time.
