Dr. Mary Lynn Neumeister
The photo shows Dr. Neumeister with her horse “Little Bay”. During the first 11 years of his life, he lived in a 3-sided shed in an open field. He was provided with water and food, but otherwise unattended.
After 2 years in Dr. Neumeister’s possession, he started working at training level in dressage.

Peggy
Peggy has been a Veterinary Technician at Neumeister Animal Hospital since 2002 and enjoys the animals, clients and her work only second to spending time with her family. She currently has 3 cats and 1 dog and spends most of her free time with her kids and family and enjoying the time spent at their farm.

Jodi
Jodi has been a veterinary assistant at Neumeister Animal Hospital since September of 2007. She grew up on a dairy farm and now farms on her own. She has Jersey cows and has a flock of 50 sheep. Jodi shows cattle at the County Fair every year and loves to spend time with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she likes to go to concerts and fairs as well as spend time outdoors.

Rachel has worked at Neumeister Animal Hospital as a Veterinary Assistant since August of 2016. She lives in Dubuque with her husband Dustin and their 3 cats and 1 dog

Alea
Alea was born and raised in Dubuque. She joined the Neumeister Animal Hospital team in 2019. Alea and her husband Kyle have a pitbull named Keico since 2017. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends and being outdoors for activities like fishing, grilling, and camping.

Jackson has been a vet assistant at Neumeister Animal Hospital since February 2021. He is dedicated to helping foster the relationships between people and their animal companions.

Jimee
Jimee joined our team in 2022 and was born and raised in Dubuque. She has always been fascinated by the psychology and behavior of animals. She enrolled at the University of Iowa in 2018. When Jimee was seven years old, she first picked up the piano. She still enjoys playing the piano and spending time with her German Shepherd/Heeler mix, “Bear,” in her spare time.

Lilly
Lilly joined Neumeister Animal Hospital as a veterinary assistant in March 2023. She grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, and spent her high school years in southern Wisconsin. She began working with horses at a young age, and her love for all animals continued to develop, leading her to the veterinary field. She is currently studying Veterinary Technology.
